With the design of “La Perdiz: porrón-pájaro” he got the National Handicraft Award. Its rounded shape, typically Castilian, like that of the “botija-siega”, used by the old reapers, was used to capture themes of the field. Dragonflies, chicks, spikes, sickles and furrows were carried away by their master hand.
